Expedia Signs Partnership Agreement with JAL Hotels

Global travel leader expands selection of Japanese hotels with addition of Nikko Hotels International and Hotel JAL City brands

September 17, 2010 – Expedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPE), the world’s largest online travel company, today announced it has signed a partnership agreement with JAL Hotels, a Tokyo-based hotel management company operating nearly 40 properties throughout Japan under the Nikko Hotels International and Hotel JAL City brands. Under this agreement, JAL Hotels properties located in Japan will become available to over 50 million travelers that visit the more than 90 Expedia®- and Hotels.com® –branded travel booking sites each month.
