Barry Diller is the Chairman and Senior Executive of Expedia, Inc.
Mr. Diller has been Chairman and Senior Executive of Expedia since its spin-off from IAC/InterActiveCorp ("IAC") in August 2005.
Mr. Diller is also the Chairman and Senior Executive of IAC. From 1995 to late 2010, Mr. Diller served as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of IAC. IAC is a leading internet company with more than 50 fast-growing, highly-related brands serving loyal consumer audience. IAC's mission is to harness the power of interactivity to make daily life easier and more productive for all people all over the world. Some of IAC's businesses include Ask.com, Match.com, Citysearch, The Daily Beast, Electus and Vimeo.
Since December 1992, beginning with QVC, Mr. Diller served as chief executive for a number of companies engaged in media and interactivity. From October 1984 to April 1992, Mr. Diller served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fox, Inc. and was responsible for the creation of Fox Broadcasting Company in addition to Fox's motion picture operations.
Before joining Fox, Mr. Diller served for ten years as the Chairman and Chief Executive of Paramount Pictures Corporation. In March 1983, in addition to Paramount, Mr. Diller became President of the conglomerate's newly formed Entertainment and Communications Group, which included Simon & Schuster, Inc., Madison Square Garden Corporation and SEGA Enterprises, Inc. Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Diller served as Vice President of Prime Time Television for ABC Entertainment.
Mr. Diller was born in San Francisco and raised in Beverly Hills. He serves on the boards of The Washington Post Company, The Coca-Cola Company and Live Nation Entertainment. He is also a trustee of New York University and serves on the Executive Board for the Medical Sciences at UCLA, the Board of Conservation International and the Board of Councilors for the School of Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California. Mr. Diller is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Victor A. Kaufman is Vice Chairman of Expedia, Inc.
Mr. Kaufman has been Vice Chairman and a director of Expedia since its spin-off from IAC in August 2005.
Mr. Kaufman is also Vice Chairman of IAC/InterActiveCorp ("IAC") and serves in the Office of the Chairman of IAC. Previously, Mr. Kaufman had served in the Office of the Chairman and as Chief Financial Officer of IAC from November 1997 through October 1999. Prior to joining IAC, Mr. Kaufman had served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Savoy Pictures Entertainment, Inc. since March 1992. Mr. Kaufman was also the founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tri-Star Pictures, Inc. from 1983 to December 1987, at which time he became President and Chief Executive Officer of Tri-Star's successor company, Columbia Pictures Entertainment, Inc.
Dara Khosrowshahi President and Chief Executive Officer
Dara Khosrowshahi has served as CEO of Expedia, Inc. since August 2005. Under his leadership, Expedia has grown to become the largest travel company in the world, with more than 100 travel booking sites in more than 60 countries worldwide under a portfolio of online travel brands including Expedia, Egencia, Hotels.com, Hotwire, Venere, and eLong in China.
Previously, Khosrowshahi served as CEO of IAC Travel, a division of InterActiveCorp. Khosrowshahi was instrumental in the initial expansion of IAC's portfolio of travel brands, which now comprise Expedia, Inc. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IAC, overseeing all of the company's financial matters, and also held the role of Executive Vice President of Operations and Strategic Planning at the company. Prior, Khosrowshahi served as President of USA Networks Interactive, having joined the company in 1998 as Vice President of Strategic Planning.
Prior to joining IAC, Khosrowshahi served as Vice President at Allen & Company LLC.
Khosrowshahi holds a BA in Engineering from Brown University in 1991.
Mark Okerstrom Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mark Okerstrom is the Chief Financial Officer of Expedia, Inc., the world's largest online travel company, overseeing finance, accounting, forecasting and financial analysis across the company's portfolio of travel brands operating in more than 70 countries worldwide.
Okerstrom previously served as Expedia's Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, where he was responsible for leading Expedia's Corporate Strategic Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions activities. During this time, he played a major role in driving Expedia's corporate strategy and led many of the company's key acquisitions.
Prior to joining Expedia in 2006, Okerstrom was with strategy consultancy Bain & Company in Boston and San Francisco. He has also worked for UBS Investment Bank in London, and was a Mergers & Acquisitions attorney with the global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.
Okerstrom holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a law degree from the University of British Columbia.
Edmond Mesrobian Chief Technology Officer
Edmond Mesrobian serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Expedia, Inc., where he is responsible for defining, developing and executing the global technology strategy across the Expedia, Inc brands. In this role, Mesrobian works closely with business leaders and the Technology Leadership Council to plan ongoing innovations for the company's continued success.
Mesrobian has more than 20 years' experience in the technology sector, having served as CTO for several global companies. Most recently he acted as the Chief Technology Officer for Real Networks, prior to joining Expedia in January 2011.
Mesrobian holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
